This individual will continuously track our customer power plant operational status, timely provide technical recommendations to ensure stable operation, successful scheduled or forced outages. You'll handle various tasks with help from global specialists and software systems. •Focusing on providing assistance for Siemens Energy's heavy-duty gas turbines within the Region, encompassing mature frames (E, F) and advanced frames (H, HL). •Act as the main point of contact for Engineering regarding significant gas turbine service projects, dealing with operational issues, preparing for maintenance outages, and accelerating outage implementation. •Coordinate and provide Engineering recommendations from across the functional global teams in support of the preparation of maintenance outages. •Take lead of clearing team composed of Engineering experts to address onsite problems, speed up outages, and share RCA information during forced outages with Field Service and Project Management. •Provide technical support for regional Sales, Field Service, and Marketing. •Share technical solutions in internal and external meetings.

【A Snapshot of Your Day】 Power Diagnostics® Services Monitoring Engineer will review daily the results generated from our monitoring infrastructure to proactively investigate / diagnose issues that can impact operation for their assigned GT/ST/Generator units and communicate recommendations with support from engineering as necessary to our customers. Monitoring Engineers are also responsible for providing technical support in response to inquiries from our customers regarding operational issues. 【How You'll Make an Impact】 Monitoring power plant operating data to detect and address operational and hardware issues, ensuring minimal impact on operations. Detailing and reporting observations to customers, providing clear and actionable recommendations. Supporting customers with on-demand operational issues. Proposing diagnostics rules to improve automatic abnormal operations alerts. Contributing to the development of new monitoring software tools. Collaborating closely with our service and engineering teams during scheduled and forced outages. Occasionally traveling to sites to perform troubleshooting or fix issues if required. 【About the Team】 You will join a vibrant and driven team that extends across central departments in Germany and the USA, as well as regional teams in different countries. Our team is committed to assisting Siemens Energy's worldwide fleet monitoring responsibilities, collaborating closely with AP teams on outage, sales, and marketing initiatives.
