(SENIOR) TEST SOLUTIONS ENGINEER | We are seeking a passionate and innovative ATE Test Engineer to develop cutting-edge test solutions for our HBM-DRAM devices using modern and efficient ATE platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing test plans, ATE test programs, silicon validation, test methodology concepts, multi-site hardware development, product characterization, and high-volume production support. As test engineers, we must constantly evolve and apply the right technology and testing solution to be successful! The qualifications and skills for this position include, but are not limited to: 1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 7+ years of proven experience in Test Engineering role. 2. Excellent programming skills for writing and debugging ATE test programs and test-related hardware development.
