- 從高中選大學校系，到大學實習、出社會選工作，我無數次詢問自己想要的是什麼？經歷了八份打工和實習以後，漸漸有了畫面：喜歡與人互動、重視價值觀實現、青睞跨國大企業，如果公司文化有凝聚力並能讓我保持運動，那就太完美了。畢業之際，以此為方向面試了5間公司，而其中，迪卡儂完美的符合了我的期待。加入迪卡儂邁入第九年了，從銷售助理到店長，一路邊玩邊學邊挑戰，經歷的五項職務中各有挫折，但是我可以分享一百件有成就感的事、依舊享受所有與運動使用者交流的時刻，此時此刻我還是熱血沸騰的打字，我想，我是做了正確的選擇吧。

- 自身非常喜歡運動，剛認識迪卡儂時覺得不可思議，怎麼有運動品項超多且可以體驗試用的門店，剛加入時除了認識更多種類運動以外，也經常可以和夥伴相約一起體驗不同運動，工作的內容也有別於以往的飲料店和餐廳，可以接觸到許多顧客並互相分享運動經驗，也能學習到陳列和庫存管理的技能，工作內容很多元同時也提升自己多方面技能。公司很以人為本，會關心與在乎我的感受和成就感，如果遇到困難也能勇於表達，這讓我很安心的在工作中發揮創造力。
